One Year Return Policy at The Flyfisher
At The Flyfisher, we believe that the gear we sell should be used. Which is why if you buy something from us and it doesn't, you have 12 months to return it for something you will use. So if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it in new and unused condition with original packaging and receipt within one year of purchasing for a full exchange or store credit. Easy!
Manufacturer Warranties
All the major manufacturer's have excellent warraties on their products. If you have a problem with any product purchased from us, we want to hear about it. Please call or email us with a description of the problem and sale receipt. Then we will sort out the warranty return for you with no stress. At The Flyfisher, we appreciate your business and so when you need our support we'll do whatever it takes to get you back on the water.
Broken Fly Rods
Most of the major fly rod manufacturers have very generous warranties on them and in most cases broken sections can be replaced. Please call us on (03) 9621 1246 if you have a broken brand name rod, and we will quite happily let you know if it can be serviced. Didn't buy it from us? Don't worry. As long as it was purchased in Australia, then we can help.
